Job Description

NAB is seeking a Business Banking Executive in Melbourne CBD to lead a customer-focused team, managing business banking channels and driving P&L. The role emphasizes building customer relationships, fostering a high-engagement culture, and achieving sales and growth objectives. Candidates should have experience in leading diverse teams, banking expertise, and strong sales skills. The position promotes an inclusive workplace culture.
SUMMARY

In the Business Banking Executive role you will be joining and leading a team that is nothing short of customer obsessed. Each day you will go above and beyond to: run all the business banking channels and take responsibility for driving P&L.
• Leading a team you will foster high engagement culture that in turn delivers market leading customer advocacy and strong financial performance across the business
• You will be instrumental in influencing a customer obsessed culture, building relationships with top customers
• As a role model you will be accountable for the team's delivery against sales and balance sheet growth plans providing local leadership and strategic direction

• Previous experience leading a diverse, customer facing team and driving high performance
• Proven banking expertise with DCA approval
• Customer obsession, set the standard for exceptional customer interactions
• Strong sales and growth expertise
• P&L management
