About The Role

Band 2 - base salary from $65,091 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience

Working as part of our efficient, collaborative Business Support team, we have a fixed term opportunity for a Business Assistant.

The role of Business Assistant is to provide professional and efficient administrative support to our business, developing and maintaining strong working relationships, and confidently prioritising and assisting with all administrative tasks across different divisions.

You will be required to create and maintain appropriate administrative processes and procedures with confidentiality and integrity and undertake a variety of administrative tasks, consistently providing excellent customer service to various stakeholders.

About You

You will be experienced using the MS Office suite with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Your strong customer focus, and positive, proactive mindset, will assist in your ability to communicate clearly with a varied range of stakeholders. You will have a proven ability to coordinate priorities to meet multiple deadlines in a busy office environment, working both within the supportive team and also independently on tasks.

We are looking for dynamic, hardworking individuals who can provide personable and professional administrative support, with the ability to prioritise efficiently and confidentially in line with company policy and procedure while offering full support for our business.
