Business Administration Fellow

Eco Bristo is seeking a Business Administration Fellow for a 3-month, non-employment program in Meru, Kenya. This role offers early-career professionals hands-on experience in executive and field operations, partnerships, and business systems, working closely with the CEO. Applicants should have a relevant degree and some experience. The fellowship includes mentorship, a completion certificate, and a stipend. The position is part-time and encourages diverse applications.
About Eco Bristo

Eco Bristo is an award-winning, youth-led agritech startup transforming pest management across East Africa through solar-powered insect traps and biochar soil solutions—empowering smallholder farmers to boost yields and reduce chemical use.

The Fellowship A non-employment, high-impact, 3-month learning program for early-career professionals looking to transition into management. Fellows gain hands-on exposure across executive operations, field operations, business systems, and partnerships—working directly with the CEO on real business priorities. A competitive monthly facilitation stipend will be provided to the successful candidate.

What You’ll Do
• Support executive operations and stakeholder coordination
• Participate in field operations and farmer experience mapping
• Help design scalable talent and admin systems
• Contribute to strategic partnerships and capstone projects

Who Should Apply
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Agribusiness, or related)
• 0–3 years experience; strong leadership potential
• High agency, systems thinker, excellent communicator
• Passion for agriculture, climate, or social impact
• English required; Swahili a plus
