Bunge is hiring a Bulk Loader for the 1st Shift in Crete, NE, responsible for packaging and loading bulk flour into bags or vessels. Duties include operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring sanitation and quality control, and keeping work areas clean. The position offers $26.12 per hour with health benefits starting on the hire date. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work in a team environment.

A Day in the Life:

This role is responsible for packaging/or loading proper product from the proper bins into the proper bags or bulk vessels for all packaging lines. Duties would include setting up, operating and maintaining the equipment such as packers, conveyors, sifters and palletizer, as well as setting, cleaning and adjusting code daters, sealers, bag turners and conveyor belts.

Position Details:

The Bulk Flour Loader is job classification CRE Loader, Flour HB Packer and is assigned to first shift and paid $26.12 per hour. Shift begins at 7 AM and ends at 3:30 PM. Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Responsible for loading all bulk flour/whole grain including recording of car numbers, seal numbers and any other records connected with this operation.
• Responsible for loading the proper product from the proper bins into the correct rail car or truck.
• Responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment with respect to sanitation and quality control policies in order to maximum efficiency in production.
• Operate System 81 and P&L leg system.
• Must be A Packer qualified.
• Responsible for keeping work areas clean.
• Will relieve other employees in the Packing and Loading Department when gone. When relieving another Packing and Loading employees, this could turn into a swing shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed.
• Must be able to proficiently verbally communicate, read, and write in English for the purposes of record keeping and quality training and processes.
• Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues.
• Need to be capable of working in varying climates and environment.
• Performs work in a manner that is in compliance with all policies and GMP rules.
• Reports any conditions that may put product quality at risk.
• Performs work in a safety conscious manner that is in compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Reports any conditions that pose a safety risk to personnel and/or property.
