Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a Traffic position, particularly with metal concentrates, and be proficient in English and MS Office. The position is full-time and based in Mexico City.

Redstone Commodity Search are working with an International Trading House looking for a Traffic / Trade Finance / Operations Manager to be based in Mexico City, Mexico

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
• Coordinate with forwarders and shipping agents for freight/chartering of vessels, barges, trucks, and railcars.
• Manage full contract administration, ensuring timely delivery, issuing invoices, payment orders, and preparing B/L instructions and responsible for coordinating a small team of junior-mid level operators.
• Instruct surveyors for materials' inspection, survey, and tallying.
• Handle commercial claims with responsible traders.
• Declare stocks under insurance policies and for banking purposes.
• Reports into Management.

Key Qualifications / Experience
• Commercial background with around 1-2+ years experience in a Traffic position (must be with metal concentrates).
• Familiarity with letters of credit and international transport documentation.
• Fluency in English and any other languages beneficial.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
