Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Representative to promote and represent our furniture manufacturing brand, with a strong focus on bringing in businesses. . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving sales, and establishing strong business relationships with developers, interior designers, homeowners, and corporate clients.

This role requires excellent sales, marketing, and communication skills, along with an understanding of both the furniture manufacturing industry and the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Representation & Business Development:
• Identify and develop relationships with relevant business owners to promote your products, with sustainable marketing strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Market survey is key, attend and represent brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, agents, architects, and interior designers to drive sales.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and showroom tours to showcase furniture products.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Sales & Marketing Execution.

Order Processing & After-Sales Support.

Requirements:
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar role within the furniture manufacturing or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales, branding, and client relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of furniture production, materials, and design trends is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media marketing.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5 PM, with occasional weekends for events and exhibitions.]
