Requirements:
Proven sales track record required
Ability to be on your feet for approximately 6+ hours at a time
Able to lift 25+ pounds
Ability to construct/deconstruct a pop-up table stand
Retail experience and outgoing personality as plus
Personal smartphone to complete on-site check-ins and reporting
Completion of daily reporting & inventory counts

Educate customers about the benefits of our products and how they can contribute to a sustainable future.
Drive sales by demonstrating product features and providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with store staff to create engaging displays and promotional activities.

Program Dates/Schedule:

Pay: $22 Per Hour

1.5 Hour Virtual Training call Mandatory
Thursday evening setup (2 hours) Mandatory

Shifts: Friday thru following Sunday (10 consecutive days – you will have 2 days off during the course of the roadshow)
We have 3 schedules. Applicants with full availability for all 3 will get priority. Please specify if you don't have full availability and which of the three schedules you are available to work.

Mosaic may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidate qualifications and locations in Minnesota. This range may be modified in the future.
