Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join their team. This hire will work on various accounting tasks including AP, AR, and daily deposits as well as administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Job Responsibilities:
• Receive and process accounting mail
• Review, code, input and process all AP check requests
• Print checks and mail AP checks weekly
• Communicate with vendors on outstanding issues in a timely manner
• Set up and maintain accurate vendor accounts in software system
• Review, code, input and process all AR check requests
• Prepare daily deposits
• Report cash requirements of all entities weekly
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
• At least 4 years of bookkeeping experience
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• General knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
