Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced BMS Lead & Electronics Head to architect and lead the development of our next-generation energy systems. In this role, you will take ownership of BMS platform design (hardware + firmware), oversee PCBA development, and ensure systems meet automotive-grade standards and certifications. This is a high-impact leadership role with both technical and team-building responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead design and development of battery pack BMS systems (hardware + embedded firmware)
• Define and drive the electronics roadmap across BMS, IoT boards, and power electronics
• Ensure compliance with AIS-156, ISO standards, DFMEA, and EMC/EMI regulations
• Collaborate with QA, testing labs, and certification bodies to achieve regulatory approvals
• Build and mentor an electronics team (2–3 engineers)
• Lead failure analysis, cost reduction efforts, and improvements in platform-level reliability and performance

Requirements
• 8–12 years of experience in electronics or BMS system design
• Deep expertise in power electronics, automotive PCB design, and battery safety systems
• Strong understanding of DFMEA, AIS-156, EMI/EMC testing, and other compliance processes
• Proven leadership across the full product lifecycle — from architecture to certification and scaling
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with vendors, EMS partners, and certification agencies
