Bilingual Evening Commercial (Office Cleaning) Manager

Key Responsibilities | Responsabilidades Principales:
• Communicate effectively with Controllers (General Cleaners), Floaters, Floor Techs, Day Porters, Supervisors, and Managers.

Comunicarse eficazmente con Limpiadores Generales, Tcnico de piso, Supervisores y Gerentes.
• Train new staff, including Controllers, Floaters, Floor Techs, Supervisors, and Managers.

Capacitar al nuevo personal, incluidos Limpiadores Generales, Tcnico de piso, Supervisores y Gerentes.
• Retrain staff as needed to maintain standards.

• Follow up on complaints and requests using a cell phone application.

• Conduct regular inspections via a cell phone application.

• Monitor and respond to nightly staff absences.

• Ensure all accounts are covered according to the schedule by coordinating with the team.

• Step in to perform cleaning tasks when necessary.

• Assist in resolving over-budget cleaning issues.

Schedule | Horario
• Full-time Position - Weeknights: Typically start between 2-4 pm each day and work until the job is finished with the goal of being off around 10pm-12am.
