Job Summary

With your experienced skilled hand, you'll be a key member of our mechanic team, ensuring that any Superhuman bike that comes into the shop is performing at its peak condition!

Because our focus is on squeezing the most fun out of electric bikes, we're looking for some fun loving people for this role! Tell us about your hobbies, what excites you, or some trouble you've been in on a misadventure!

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Finish assembly of new bikes from cartons
• Service customers bikes
• Support tickets and phones
• Troubleshoot, advise and solve any bike-related questions or issues
• Ensure all bikes on-site are performing at the highest capacity
• Join the team for group rides and events
• Above all, love what you do, have some fun with us, and share your gift of mechanic knowledge as a member of a strong team - and let that shine through your work!

Qualifications and Skills
• Experienced and adept at bicycle mechanical systems, maintenance, repair, and assembly
• Have a collaborative team-first mentality - always looking to make improvements, optimize and exceed our riders' expectations.

• Organized, respectful, and good with customers

Full Time

Pay: $16.85 - $24.00 per hour
