Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proficient Bike Mechanic to join our team at MotoFit2. The ideal candidate will be a skilled technician capable of handling a wide range of motorcycles, both Indian and imported. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive Bike Repair: Perform complete repairs and maintenance on all types of motorcycles, including Indian and imported models.
• Engine Expertise: Diagnose and repair complex engine-related issues, including overhauls, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Electrical Systems: Diagnose and repair motorcycle electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and ignition systems.
• Bike Modifications: Perform custom bike modifications, including aesthetic and performance enhancements.
• Daily Productivity: Efficiently complete full repairs on a minimum of 7 motorcycles per day.
• Diagnostic Skills: Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire replacements.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and offering advice.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of parts used and assist with inventory management.
• Workplace Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic, with a strong portfolio of completed repairs.
• Extensive knowledge of both Indian and imported motorcycle models.
• Expertise in engine repair, electrical systems, and bike modifications.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet daily repair targets.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
Working Hours:
• 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekly off on Wednesday
