Job Description
ACRWORLD is seeking a Bid Coordinator for a new role in Brinkley SA, Australia, aimed at improving tender assessments in a fencing and infrastructure company. Responsibilities include reviewing tender opportunities, presenting insights to executives, and refining bid processes. Ideal candidates should have experience in bid coordination and strong analytical skills. This temp-to-perm position offers competitive pay and the chance to shape the role according to individual strengths.
I’m recruiting for a Bid Coordinator on behalf of a well-established fencing and infrastructure company. This is a brand-new role, designed to improve how the business assesses and prioritises tender opportunities.
You’ll work closely with the delivery team, estimating team, directors, and executive team, helping the company focus on the right opportunities and ensuring a structured and efficient tendering process.
Since this is a newly created position, there’s plenty of scope to shape it in a way that suits your skills and interests, making a real impact on how tenders are approached.
The Role
• Review & assess tender opportunities to determine viability.
• Present insights to directors and executives to help prioritise bids.
• Liaise with estimating & delivery teams to gather necessary details.
• Support the tender process, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Assist in developing bid strategies to improve success rates.
• Take ownership of the role, refining processes and driving improvements as you go.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in bid coordination, tender evaluation, or contracts administration—ideally in civil, fencing, construction, or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project viability.
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A proactive approach—this role is what you make of it!
Why Apply?
• Newly created role - shape it based on your skills and interests.
• Temp-to-perm opportunity - secure a long-term role.
• Work closely with senior leadership and be part of key business decisions.
• Be part of a growing company with an evolving role that suits your strengths.
• Competitive rate with the potential for a permanent salary package.
