The Opportunity

Our widely acknowledged, first class Global Loans team is a core practice area of the firm, originating significant deal mandates in its own right and managing many of the firms most significant client relationships.

We specialise in "high end" larger cap and complex finance transactions and have extensive knowledge of securitisation, project finance, corporate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, asset finance and leasing, capital markets and real estate finance. We are on the panels of all four major Australian banks, and most foreign and investment banks operating in Australia. We are also on the global panels of many financial institutions.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
• 5+ years' global loans experience gained within a top-tier firm, respected mid-tier firm, or in-house with a focus on corporate finance and acquisition/leveraged finance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Superior drafting ability.
• A commercial approach and an ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
• A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service, and a desire to interact with the market and build client relationships.
