Job Description
Bank of America is seeking a Banking and Financial Professional in Keene, NH, to provide exceptional client service and support. Responsibilities include engaging clients, educating them on self-service resources, and assisting with transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build relationships. This full-time position does not require a degree and emphasizes operational excellence and client experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives by providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service resources, and assist with conducting transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence
• Builds relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
• Find innovative ways to grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Effectively manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Delivers exceptional client experiences
• Manages cash responsibilities
Requirements:
• Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
• Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
• Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Is confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
• Communicates effectively and confidently, and is comfortable engaging all clients
• Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Is confident in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self-service technologies
• Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs
