Azure Support Engineer

LTIMindtree is hiring an Azure Support Engineer with 3 to 12 years of experience. Azure Support Engineer Experience – 3 Years to 12 Years

Job Description:

· Experience in IaaS:
Compute, Networking, Storage
· Conceptual Understanding:
Security, Containerization.
· Assist in the deployment and management of Azure services, including Azure Functions, File or Blob Storage, Virtual Network etc.
· Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure performance, alerts/warnings and troubleshoot and mitigate incidents.
· Incident Investigation and Reservation
· Provide Operational inputs to L3 SMEs for streamlining operations
· Collaborate with SMEs to implement security measures and compliance protocols.
· Document Incident resolutions, processes, configurations, changes in the cloud environment. Mandatory Leaf Skills :
