The role involves maintenance, testing, and repair of complex avionics and mission systems on aircraft. We are looking for:
Avionics / Aircraft Electronics Technician with EASA CAT B2 (m/w/d)
for our Wittmund location
(temporarily until approximately end of 2026 in Nordholz)
Your task:
As an avionics technician with a valid EASA CAT B2 license, you will play a central role in maintenance for Top Aces' German program. Your focus will be on the maintenance, testing, and release of complex avionics and mission systems of our aircraft:
Performing inspections as well as preventive and corrective maintenance on avionics and mission systems of aircraft, including V/UHF and NAV/COM systems, multifunction displays MFD, radar warning receivers RWR Repairing, installing, and modifying flight mission systemsTroubleshooting, analyzing, and rectifying faults in electrical and electronic aircraft systemsRepairing, installing, modifying, and replacing avionics and mission systems according to maintenance documentation and aviation legal requirementsPerforming calibrations, functional tests, and performance tests of avionics systems on the ground, and supporting system tests after maintenance activitiesReleasing work within the scope of your EASA CAT B2 license, including proper technical documentationEnsuring that all spare parts are inspected, approved, certified, and correctly documented before installation
Your profile:
Successfully completed training as an avionics / aircraft electronics technicianValid EASA CAT B2 license is an advantageSeveral years of professional experience in the maintenance of avionics and electrical aircraft systemsGood German and English language skills, both written and spokenWillingness to undertake occasional business trips (national, international)We offer:
