Responsibilities:

As an Environmental Associate, you will work closely with a seasoned environmental partner, providing valuable legal support on a wide range of matters, including:
• Compliance Counseling – Advising clients on environmental regulations and policies.
• Permitting – Assisting in the permitting processes across various industries.
• Remedial Matters – Handling cases related to site clean-up and environmental remediation.
• Transactional Work – Providing legal support for mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and related matters.
• Regulatory Enforcement – Managing matters related to environmental enforcement actions.
• Litigation – Representing clients in environmental litigation matters.

Requirements:
• 3 plus years of relevant environmental law experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across a variety of practice groups.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach to legal work.
