Job Description

NAB is seeking an Associate in Transactional Direct in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves making and receiving calls to meet customer banking needs, managing a sales funnel, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, time management, and preferably experience with Salesforce. In this Associate, Transactional Direct role, you will
• Receive and make phone calls to attract and retain customers by identifying their Transactional Banking needs and matching them with the right solutions.
• Effectively managing an active sales funnel, including taking next actions/steps and reflecting the correct opportunity status in the sales cycle
• Deliver relationship excellence by having meaningful conversations with Small Business Customers to support them with other banking needs by referring to the right team
• Meet Performance goals set in financials goals, achieve a minimum Customer Experience score of >80% and maintain an opportunity conversion of >45%.
• Proactively manage risk and meet all policy and compliance requirements; adhere to Process and Procedures required and escalate events, or breaches as they are identified

What You’ll Bring
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills suited to a contact centre environment
• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to adhere to schedules to maximise each customer interaction
• Experience in Salesforce/CRM preferred
• Solutions-based experience is advantageous
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and competing stakeholder expectations
• Ambition and self driven attitude!
