Job Description

Leads and drives technical expertise connection with business needs and the broader Information Security organization to address those needs while interfacing with other teams, such as system operations, infrastructure, auditors, security personnel. Is accountable to engage with application managers and execute Application/iRisk vetting and controls verification for applications in their business area. Manages and coordinates with the application owners to ensure that information security systems implemented meet the requirements of the information security policies. Engages and assesses security capabilities of critical third parties for their business area, including contracts and associated risks profile and security interventions for remediation. Acts as P&G Information Security policy, standards, training & awareness ambassadors and contributes to development and changes as needed. Actively participates in Information Security Incident Response in their business area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and drive technical expertise in connection with GCR needs and the broader Information Security organization to address those needs.
• Interface across the GCR organization with other teams, such as architecture, application management, application development, data & analytics, consumer and client-facing teams.
• Manage and coordinate with the GCR application owners to ensure that information security systems implemented meet the requirements of the information security policies.
• Coordinate with Technical & Business Information Security Leaders on the development and implementation of an information security training and awareness programs to meet needs identified for GCR.
• Accountable to engage with application managers and execute Application vetting and information security controls verification for applications in their business area.
• Drive creation, implementation, and adoption of AI capabilities in the GCR organization related to GCR employee self-sufficiency for policy and process, ensuring appropriate security protocols are in place.
• Demonstrate expertise of the metrics included in the GBS Scaled Stewardship dashboard and how to help the OU drive positive results in each.
• Manage and coordinate pre and post deployment system reliability and resiliency, partnering with application development and management teams to drive toward zero exposure to software vulnerabilities.

Job Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in Cybersecurity Area or related work experience
• Security certificates will strengthen candidate’s position (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
• CISSP (If you do not have it, will be required to achieve this certificate within 24 months of working in the role)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT related field

Starting Pay / Salary Range
USA Salary Range:$66,800.00 - $92,700.00 / year
