Job Description
ApniBus is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Gurugram, India, with 1-2 years of experience. ApniBus is a rapidly growing startup that is digitizing and revolutionizing the bus travel ecosystem for intercity commuters and bus owners in India by providing seamless, hassle-free travel experiences. We are an online intercity bus ticket booking and live bus tracking app, currently live in 20+ cities covering more than 400 routes and soon to be launched in other cities across India.
Responsibilities:
Analyze the online Tier 2-4 bus travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape and user requirements.
Manage development projects from the inception to the market delivery.
Conceptualize, launch and optimize products and features, experiment, test their performance and iterate quickly.
Engage closely with UX, Marketing, Engineering and Data teams to drive the product or feature growth.
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process can be fluid and creative problem-solving is the norm.
End-to-end owner of the product driving acquisition and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to track metrics and follow agile processes and tools.
Conceptualization of Product, Product Metrics, End to end product management.
Effective prioritization framework to focus on the right features and capability to ship.
Ability to assess market conditions, competition, risks and factor them into product development.
Demonstrated experience in running agile squads, creating, prioritizing and executing a backlog to incrementally deliver value to the customer.
Requirements
Any graduate degree (post-graduation is a plus). Engineers preferred.
Minimum 2 years of working in/leading digital product teams.
Excellent presentation skills, conflict resolution skills, exceptional communication, collaboration, and ability to evangelize the product or feature.
Strong data analytics and ability to set up experiments and testing hypotheses.
Strong technical skills and product development knowledge..
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
Ready to roll up my sleeves to spend time designing UI, analyzing data, setting up quality processes and guardrails, and jumping into the business analysis as required.
Experience in UX on consumer (B2C)/enterprise (B2B) apps is good to have.
