Stay updated on market trends and changes in the supply chain industry to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, production, and logistics, to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support in meeting their objectives.
Train and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure their growth and development.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers and recommend changes as needed.
