Responsibilities:
• Electrical / HVAC / BMS / Energy Management systems
• Understanding of Design
• ELECT / HVAC systems, familiarity with direct digital control
• Ability to organize many specific activities into a coherent Commissioning plan.
• Testing and Balancing
• Testing and Commissioning of Electro-Mechanical Systems Understanding of Commissioning requirements for Green Building Certification

• 2+ Yrs of Relevant Experience
• Dip / Degree in Engineering/Architecture
• Green Building Certification- LEED/GRIHA/IGBC
• BEE Certified Energy Manager / Auditor
• LEED AP
