Crescendo Global is seeking an Associate Manager for Green Building Testing & Commissioning in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in MEP Engineering, particularly with Green Building projects and certifications like LEED/IGBC/GRIHA. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing commissioning requirements, and ensuring compliance with Green Building Rating Systems. A degree in engineering and relevant certifications are required.
Summary: This role is designed for experienced professionals in MEP Engineering (Testing & Commissioning) with specialized expertise in Green Building projects. The candidate must possess a thorough understanding of LEED/IGBC or GRIHA Green Building Rating Systems across various typologies.

Location: Mumbai/ Hyderabad/ Delhi

Responsibilities:
• Green Building Rating Systems : NC/CS/EB/CI & Homes
• Co-ordination with clients
• Commissioning requirements for Green Building. Certification
• Periodic Review of System status of the Ongoing
• Electrical / HVAC / BMS / Energy Management systems
• Understanding of Design,
• Control strategies,
• Installation / Start Up
• Operations and Maintenance
• ELECT / HVAC systems, familiarity with direct digital control
• Ability to organize many specific activities into a coherent Commissioning plan.
• Testing and balancing
• Testing and Commissioning of Electro-Mechanical Systems
• Understanding of Commissioning requirements for Green Building Certification (LEED/IGBC/GRIHA)

Requirement:
• 2+ Yrs of relevant experience
• Dip / Degree in Engineering
• BEE Certified Energy Manager / Auditor
• LEED AP
• Knowledge / Understanding of LEED ratings,Energy Simulation, Ref. Std. Energy Efficiecny desirable
