The Role

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) role within the security team at IFM Investors is responsible for administering and maintaining IAM processes and systems. The candidate must have a strong understanding of IAM principles, excellent problem-solving skills, experience with IDAM systems (preferably Clear Skye), and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical ownership and support for the IAM platform.
• Work with the IFM project team to implement the IAM solution and set the IAM foundation.
• Assist with the transition of IAM services from the current platform to the new platform.
• Create and manage the ongoing support model for the IAM solution.
• Onboard further IFM applications to the IAM system.
• Provide thought leadership and best practices for environment customization and configurations.
• Engage with stakeholders to assist in measuring success metrics.

Your Background And Experience
• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management roles.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, technologies (Clear Skye), and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)) and tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform and workshop facilitation with key stakeholders.
