Job Description

Greenwich Partners is seeking an Associate for their Financial Institutions M&A team in the UK. The role involves executing transactions, financial modeling, deal structuring, and preparing business plans. Candidates should have FIG M&A experience, a track record in deal execution, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead project teams. The position requires 4 years of deal experience and is a full-time role.
We are now working with a really successful investment banking advisory firm with a great financial institutions M&A team. The team advises banks, fintechs, insurers and other diversified financials companies on M&A.

They are looking to recruit a Associate

The role will focus on:

· Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs.

· Financial modelling and analysts; deal structuring and valuations

· Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information for other parties

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

Background in FIG mergers and acquisitions from a bank or advisory firm

Experience in FIG deal execution

Track record of working on M&A transactions from the start of a process to the finish

Strong organisational skills, being able to effectively lead a project team

Able to collaborate effectively within a team

4 years deal experience
