Our key client is hiring and looking to add an Associate Energy Efficiency Consultant to their team. Please check the description below and reach out to us for more details if you are interested.

Pay: $34.00-38.00/hour on W2

Work Type: Hybrid – In-Office (Tue & Wed) | Must come in three days, third day is flexible

Location: Berlin, CT 06037

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Duration: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through Managed Charging and ConnectedSolutions email inboxes.
• Ensure professional and timely responses to customer communications.
• Track response status and coordinate with senior staff to resolve questions.
• Prepare and maintain analysis spreadsheets.
• Provide general support on program implementation and marketing/communications.
• Learn and stay up-to-date on program rules, background orders, and standard operating procedures.

Education & Experience Required:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of related experience required.
• Open to college graduates, preferably with internship experience.

Technical Skills (Required):
• Customer service expertise.
• Ability to grasp detailed understanding of program parameters.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Great follow-up/follow-through work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a team atmosphere.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to take initiative.

Technical Skills (Desired):
• Interest in demand response and electric vehicle charging.
