Position Overview:

The Assistant to the Managing Trusty plays a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the MT. This position involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, preparing reports, and facilitating smooth operations within the executive office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage and organize the MT’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Communication Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact between the MT and internal/external stakeholders, managing emails, phone calls, and other communications.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the MD.
• Event and Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate events, podcast and meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Project Assistance: Assist in the preparation and coordination of special projects and initiatives as directed by the MT.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with calendar and travel booking software.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities; adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Discretion: High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Skills:

· Communication skills: Excellent written and verble communication skill

· Project Management: Experience in coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion.

· Event Planning: Ability to organize and coordinate events, conferences, or meetings.

· Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
