Job Summary:
As a Service Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for assisting the Lead Service Technician. You also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work.

Responsibilities:
• Performs duct cleaning at residential locations
• Helps the Lead Service Technician set up
• Demonstrates professional knowledge of all company products and services
• Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
• Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service
• Work well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high level
• Helps the Lead Service Technician breakdown after services are completed

Qualifications:
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be 21 years old for insurance purposes
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to climb ladders
• Must be able to access crawl spaces and attics
• Must be able to work nights and weekends occasionally
• Must be able to travel out of town occasionally
