We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of DG (Distributed Generation) solar projects in the Southern Illinois region, with a focus near St. Louis, Missouri. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing solar construction projects from start to finish while ensuring seamless coordination with utilities and contractors.

✅ Assist with managing DG solar projects through all phases of development and construction.

✅ Coordinate with utilities to ensure project compliance and connection requirements.

✅ Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.

✅ Support on-site construction teams and vendors to maintain quality standards.

✅ Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and efficiency.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

🔋 2-5 years of experience in commercial and DG solar projects with proven success managing projects from inception to completion.

⚡ Strong knowledge of the solar build process and construction best practices.

🔌 Utility coordination experience with a solid understanding of interconnection processes.
