Position: Assistant Manager – Solar O&M
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering


Experience: 6 to 12 Years


Location: Barmer, Rajasthan


Key Responsibilities

Candidate will be assigned to general duties and, when required, must be available for odd/even shifts in critical situations to support site project activities.
Responsible for executing and completing electrical work until final commissioning of the project.
Should have working knowledge of Hindi and English.
Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
Responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and cables as per standards and customer requirements, including preparation of electrical system specifications and technical drawings.
Establish construction, manufacturing, or installation standards and specifications by performing detailed technical calculations.
Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements by coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, and testing activities.
Prepare reports and compile data related to existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
Supervise ongoing project activities and provide training to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team members.
Estimate material, labor, and construction costs for budget preparation.
