Reporting To: DGM – Projcurement


Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years as a Procuring for Solar Power / Renewable Energy


Educational Qualification: B.E. (Electrical preferred)


Working PST hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), which corresponds to 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of Solar PV plant equipment such as modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS items.
Float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate techno-commercial bids, and conduct negotiations with vendors.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for solar components.
Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
Monitor vendor performance in terms of delivery, quality, and service.
Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project requirements.
Work closely with engineering, project, and site teams to understand material requirements.
Track procurement schedules to align with project timelines.
Maintain procurement MIS, reports, and documentation.
Analyse market trends and pricing to support strategic decisions.
