Assistant Manager

Adani Green Energy Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager in Mundra, Gujarat. The role involves overseeing concrete moisture correction, quality performance management, non-conformance management, and vendor monitoring at RMC plants. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 3-7 years of experience in civil construction quality assurance, and ideally experience in wind farm construction. The position is full-time and requires strong knowledge of quality management systems.
Responsibilities
• Ensure before starting of concrete Moisture correction at RMC
• Ensure effective RFI in daily share the team and complete as on the Day
• Facilitate Quality Performance Management RMC plant
• Ensure effective Non-conformance Management and risk management
• Facilitate Quality improvements and ensure best practices and
• CLQ are shared and applied in lifecycle management
• Ensure Project quality competencies and training effectiveness at plants
• Perform incoming material inspections.
• Perform the Cube/ Grouting test inspections.
• Review of batch slips and Material consumption
• Perform all vendor RMC plant monitoring
• Perform/ maintaining the Cube/ Grouting test report data with engineering team every month
• Ensure Effective the USS erection

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• A Diploma in Civil Engineering shall be acceptable for Asst Manager to Dy.Manager roles with strong field experience.
• Additional certifications in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ASQ CQE) are advantageous.

Professional Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in civil construction quality assurance/control, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in wind farm construction (foundation works, roadworks, crane pads, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ASTM, ACI, IS codes) and project-specific quality documentation (e.g., ITPs, SQPs, NCRs).
