Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to fill a key role in our Environmental Section. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to advise and represent state natural resources agencies.
• Research and draft pleadings for civil, criminal, and appellate courts
• Appear in court as needed
• Collaborate with other lawyers in the Environmental Section

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in environmental, administrative, wildlife, energy, and transactional law is highly desirable.
