Job Description:

Asset Recovery Recycling Centre (ARRC) - Job Overview

The ARRC is an independent unit within TJX that sorts all unwanted fixtures returned from stores. These items are categorized into three groups: storage, recycling, or selling.

Position in Köln

The ARRC team member will work at our recycling facility in Cologne, part of the Store Operations function. You will work as part of a small team, aiming to provide high-quality service by efficiently managing store fixtures to reduce operational costs. Tasks include picking, packing, unloading, and loading trucks.

You will report to the ARRC management team.

Responsibilities:
• Unload and load trucks with inbound and outbound pallets.
• Process deliveries of returned fixtures, categorized as storage, recycling, or selling.
• Pick and pack requests from the warehouse catalog to support our stores.
• Assist with weekly inventory counts to manage stock levels.
• Recycle various types of fixtures into appropriate recycling containers.
• Maintain and improve storage standards by ensuring goods are stored neatly and correctly.
