Job Description

Strata Clean Energy is seeking an Asset Management Analyst in Durham, NC. The role involves leading the integration of asset performance management tools, developing KPI dashboards, and supporting the creation of a legacy asset repowering framework. Candidates should have a STEM or finance degree, 2+ years in the energy sector, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. The position requires in-person work at the company's headquarters.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Lead and support the identification, integration, and use of Strata’s next asset performance management platform and advanced analytics toolsets
• Develop, implement, and maintain asset management key performance indicator dashboards and reports synchronizing operational and financial performance
• Establish new tools and frameworks for categorizing, analyzing, and prioritizing emergent corrective maintenance repairs resulting in optimized connectivity to budgets, forecasts, and project performance
• Support Asset Management’s lead in developing Strata’s first legacy asset repowering framework and analytical toolset

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, business analytics, or similar
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within the energy space
• Experience and proficiency with data extraction/ETL tools SQL, Python, and similar
• Experience and proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and similar
• Strong project management and financial acumen a must
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with advanced levels of emotional intelligence and excellent stakeholder management
• Successful experience working in dynamic, agile, and data-driven teams within a KPI and/or OKR environment

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the entire duration of a
• Ability to wear full complement of personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting sites is
• Work in-person at Strata’s North Carolina HQ (Durham).
• Work is performed primarily in an office environment with visits to assigned sites.
