Overview The role of the Asset Integration Coordinator primarily involves overseeing the progression of pre-startup and post-startup major project documentation efforts that are critical to reliable operation of the refinery. Through the use of a pre-developed tracking tool, this role helps drive visibility to RLT and other project stakeholders to ensure all new and modified refinery assets are properly integrated into client's systems.
• Manage the digital asset integration tracking tick book (located on the Major Project Asset Integration Teams page)
• Identify the appropriate responsible parties for each required task
• Input base asset integration data into P6 Data will be provided by engineering contractor
• Interface with responsible parties to ensure progress updates are being input for all asset integration activities
• Spot check the work of all contributing team members as updates are made
• Update the Asset Integration P6 schedule with obtained progress
• Export the P6 data into excel to populate the Power BI progress tracking tool.
• Meet with the asset integration lead to report on progress and roadblocks
Long-term: Assist/advise the Asset Integration Lead during the development of a new managed document for major project asset integration
Collaborate with the Asset Integration Lead to develop process improvements to the asset integration tracking tool and P6 schedule.
Some of these initiatives may include, but are not limited to:
Standardizing the spare parts creation effort across all disciplines
Help with optimizing equipment master form input processes
Developing realistic durations for each of the required tasks
