About the position

As an Architect/Senior Architectural Sustainability Project Manager at GRN Vision LLC, you will play a pivotal role in various architectural projects, focusing on sustainable design and green building certifications. This position requires you to work under the direct supervision of licensed architects, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of sustainability and architectural excellence. You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from initial design concepts to the final construction documents, collaborating closely with clients, engineers, and other consultants to bring innovative and environmentally responsible designs to fruition. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive design presentation packages that effectively communicate your vision and ideas to clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for producing detailed working drawings that transition from Schematic Design to Construction Documents, ensuring that all technical specifications are met. This role demands a strong understanding of sustainable design principles and the ability to integrate these concepts into practical architectural solutions. In addition to your design responsibilities, you will coordinate with various project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Your expertise in utilizing industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, and Photoshop will be essential in delivering high-quality design outputs and maintaining project timelines.
