About the Role

Join Sagebrush Energy as an Electrical Apprentice, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in residential solar installations under the supervision of a licensed Journeyman Electrician.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with running conduit, pulling wire, and installing equipment.

- Work on rooftop and ground-level tasks with solar installers and electricians.

- Learn and apply safe, code-compliant electrical practices.

- Maintain tools, work areas, and vehicles in clean working condition.

- Participate in team safety trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools.

- Enthusiastic about renewable energy and skilled trades.

- Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs.

- Eager to learn, with a strong work ethic.

- Enrolled in or planning to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.42 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
