We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team, contributing significantly to our company's ongoing success. As an Appointment Generator, your primary responsibilities will include conducting canvassing or door-to-door techniques to generate leads and set appointments for our experienced sales closers. You will utilize various marketing techniques to engage prospects and schedule appointments effectively. Following up with leads generated through different marketing channels will be crucial, as will maintaining accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM software. Collaboration with upper management will ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads, and you will be expected to stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends through regular updates and reminders. Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets will be a key performance indicator for this role. This position is ideal for individuals with proven experience in marketing, inside sales, or solar sales, and who possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Familiarity with technology sales or the software industry is a plus, as is proficiency in Spanish. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be engaging with potential clients and collaborating with team members.
