Job Description / Responsibility

Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base for Cattle & Fish Feed Sales.

Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.

Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.

Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business development.

Budget & Forecasting:
• Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and projections.
• Ensure cost-effective sales operations while maximizing profitability.

Reporting & Compliance:
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Educational Requirements
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Masters
• BSc in Fisheries/ DVM/ Animal Husbandry
• Or Masters Degree in Any Disciplinary
• Skills Required: Cattle Feeds sales, Fish Feed Sales

Experience Requirements
• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Agro based Startup

Additional Requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of the poultry market, especially in Cattle & Fish Feed Sales.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
