We invite you to join our talent community for Technician and Field Service positions within AES Operations and Maintenance.

Our power is generated from diverse energy sources, including gas, coal, solar, wind, hydro, and battery storage (BESS), across various locations in the United States. As part of the Technician and Field Services teams, you will operate and maintain power plants, perform repairs, troubleshooting, and improve power systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

We welcome applications from technical and skilled workers of all levels and interests. AES considers candidates for various roles including Wind Turbine Technicians, Solar Technicians, BESS Technicians, Control Room Operators, Site Managers, Field Service Engineers, and Team Leaders
