Ameresco is seeking an Accounting/Finance Co-Op for a 6-month position in Framingham, MA, on a hybrid schedule. Ameresco has a new opportunity for a 6 month Accounting/Finance Co-Op to join our team in Framingham, MA on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for timely, accurate, and complete preparation and processing, invoices, forms, including handling transactions for multiple companies and subcontractors;
• Reconcile vendor statements and Accounts Payable for report purposes;
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve concerns;
• Foster a positive and effective customer and team-oriented work environment that facilitates collaborative relationships, efficiency, and continuous process improvement; and
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Presently Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate Program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Additional Qualifications:
• Strong Attention to details
• Basic knowledge of Accounting and Financial Statements
• MS Office proficiency with Excel and Word experience preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical data, spreadsheet, and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
