Catch Foundation is seeking an Account Incharge to manage daily accounting operations in Gandhi Nagar, Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing TDS and GST returns, managing payroll, conducting bank reconciliations, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of accounting experience, be proficient in Tally, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Incharge to manage our daily accounting operations at our office in Motera, Ahmedabad. The right candidate will have strong experience with Tally, statutory compliance, and internal financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain financial records and oversee day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally / Tally Prime
• Prepare and file TDS and GST returns in line with statutory requirements
• Manage payroll processing , salary structures, and statutory deductions
• Track and allocate costs through cost centers and ensure accurate cost calculations
• Conduct bank reconciliations , manage vendor payments, and follow up on receivables
• Draft clear and professional emails for internal and external communication
• Assist with audit processes, documentation , and ensure timely reporting and compliance

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Proficient in Tally, Tally Prime, TDS, GST, payroll, and cost accounting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communicator with a good command over email drafting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
