About the position

The Zero Waste Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing collection activities in a designated area within the City of Los Angeles Franchise. The supervisor plays a key role in enhancing customer experience and employee engagement, driving efficiency, and implementing the Zero Waste Program effectively.

• Monitor and evaluate diversion program participation and support non-compliant customers.

• Establish productivity goals and manage labor hours and disposal expenses.

• Conduct route audits and prepare detailed reports for improvements.

• Collaborate with Zero Waste Representatives to support recycling programs.

• Create a collaborative team environment and drive employee engagement.

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

• Valid driver's license.

• Participation in the Company's leadership trainee program is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is preferred.

• Experience in labor relations is preferred.
