Are you a leader looking to make a difference in the great outdoors? We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our conservation projects across Wyoming. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for co-leading a team of six veterans on ten-day labor-intensive projects, living and working outdoors.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in conservation work or leadership roles. You will be required to report to and take direction from Program Coordinators, while also participating in project coordination, camping, cooking, recreation, environmental education, and group learning programs.

You will also be responsible for documenting crew activities and ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of the crew. This is a half-time AmeriCorps position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
