Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Part-Time Facilitator assists WDCE staff and instructors with
the delivery of training programs. This may entail facilitation of
an online classroom environment, proctoring tests, the production
of teaching materials (print or electronic), or the setup of
classrooms for traditional in person training. Occasionally, there
are clerical responsibilities related to the administration of
various training programs.

All responsibilities must be completed while providing excellent
customer service to students.

Work may be partially remote (a reliable internet connection is
required).

Minimum Qualifications

-Highschool Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

-Excellent customer service skills

-Ability to problem solve and assist others with technical
issues

-Experience with learning management systems a plus

-Experience with video-conferencing technologies a plus

-Ability to complete tasks in an organized and timely manner

Job Duties:
• 50% - Assist WDCE staff and instructors with the classes via
direct facilitation and assistance with the classroom environment -
(Essential)
• 30% - Assist WDCE staff with the production of course materials
or setup of virtual instructor led classes utilizing the learning
management system - (Essential)
• 15% - Assist WDCE staff with clerical responsibilities related
to training. This entails filing course sign-in sheets, student
evaluations, and closing out course files after training has been
completed - (Essential)
• 5% - Assist the WDCE unit with other duties as assigned -
(Marginal)

Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for
visa sponsorship.
