Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wind Turbine Technician located in Odell, IL. The Wind Turbine Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of wind turbines. Daily tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring power generation efficiency, and working at heights. This position requires adherence to safety standards and protocols to ensure the safe and efficient operation of wind turbines.

Qualifications
• Experience with Working at Height
• Knowledge and experience in Wind Energy and Offshore Wind
• Skills in Troubleshooting and Power Generation
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
• Previous experience in wind turbine maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred
