Job Summary:

We are seeking a Wind Turbine Technician to join our team in Iowa. This role involves performing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on wind turbines while adhering to all safety protocols. The ideal candidate is mechanically or electrically inclined, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure workplace safety and halt operations in unsafe conditions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and component upgrades on wind turbines.
• Provide high-quality service to customers while following site rules.
• Maintain professionalism both on and off-site.
• Use and maintain company property, tools, and PPE properly.

Requirements:
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Mechanical or electrical aptitude (wind turbine experience preferred but not required).
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Work Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional on-call and weekend work as needed.
• On-site role at wind farms in Carroll, Walnut, Schaller, Fonda, Ida Grove, Blairsburg (Iowa), and surrounding areas equipped with GE turbines.
