We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional to lead our regional development efforts on the West Coast. As Director, Regional Development, West Coast, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to secure significant gifts and pledges from individual donors and organizations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading a team of development staff and managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals.
• Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve regional fundraising goals.
• Cultivating and soliciting gifts from donors, with a focus on securing gifts of $1M plus.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
